"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "There was a bad rain storm and we discovered that the water was coming over the sides of the guttering rather than down the drains. We called Chris during the storm so he could come look at what was happening and figure out what needed to be repaired when it dried up. He power washed the gutters, replaced some of the screens over the gutters, fixed some of the joints and even repaired a few places on the roof that he discovered when fixing the gutters. Chris was responsive and we have not had any problems with the guttering since he was here."
