"Thank you very much for the wonderful review. Please contact me if you require additional work. Thank you for your business."
"We are sorry for the inconvenience to the customer. We clearly state in our profile that we don't do high level work or roofs. We informed her right away of the restrictions and suggested she request a refund from Angie's List."

"We apologize for the inconvenience this caused the customer for some reason we did not get the notification that there was a service request. As soon as we noticed we contacted the customer. Again we are truly sorry."

"Arrive on time, customer was an hour late-I offer to reschedule if he was to be later than an hour due to other appointments. Prior to our arrival, he requested items picked up for replacement. We, my assistant and I, completed each task he asked for unexpectedly professionally. Customer appeared happy when we left but seemed agitated when we arrived, his claims are unjustified."

"Thank you for your great review. Please let me know if there is any other services you require. Thank you."
"I was not aware that the drywall repairs cracked. This is not typical. I have a 90 warranty for all my services and would have been more than willing to make the necessary repairs for my customer's satisfaction. The offer still stands."
Outline of what was done is provided under "what the provider did" above. The job was a simple replacement of a light pole in the front yard of my property in Stafford, VA. It had been knocked down by a neighborhood kid in early December 2015. The first contractor arranged for through Angie's List's Big Deal strung me along for a little over a month without doing the work. Angie's customer rep informed me I could not get a refund and set me up with a second contractor ... for $100 more than the first ... to address the problem. Needless to say, the second contractor (Casual Glenn) did NOT work out -- for details of how I was strung along for about 2 months, see my notes above. Casual Glenn has now given up, leaving me $250.00 out and with no solution. The tenant living at the property is livid, since the light pole has been down for about 3 months. At least Casual Glenn's handyman was polite.
I am now pursuing a separate solution that WILL solve the problem.
I expect to hear from an Angie's List rep -- although I have already talked to one on the phone today. I also expect Angie's solution will NOT satisfy me. I am uninterested in yet another credit and equally uninterested in trying a third contractor to accomplish work 90 days overdue. At least through Angie's List.
"I am offering the homeowner four hours of free service from Casual Glenn's. No excuses - this is my issue and I wish to resolve it by offering a freebie on other services."
"Thank you for your great review. Please let me know if there is any other services you require. Thank you."

"Thank you very much for the review. We strive to please our customers at Casual Glenn's. Please let us know if you need our assistance in the future. Glenn"
