"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

"Chris has done an excellent job for us; in fact, he is more of a perfectionist than I am. He insists that everything be done absolutely
correctly or he re-does it. For example, he took out several tiles in the shower stall because he didn't think they looked right and replaced them; he spent 30 minutes in Lowe's to find the exact color for the grout; and he returned several less-than-perfect cabinetry pieces to the dealer and negotiated an upgrade for us due to the imperfections.
He also cleaned out our gutters, fixed some annoying electrical glitches, and has even helped us with our dogs (he trains service dogs)! Chris calls in expert help, such as electricians and plumbers, when needed.
My husband and I highly recommend Chris Saunders. In fact, our original "contractor" taking off has been a big blessing in disguise.

"I hired Mr. Sword to hang, tape and mud drywall in my unfinished basement. He was very professional, he did exactly what he said he would do and also did it when he said he would so there were no surprises. The quality of the work was excellent and he even cleaned up when he was done so I was able to begin painting the same day. "The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."
