"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"T he paint crew that came was competent, efficient, and very nice to work with. Their were some minor touch up needs that they didn't see but they were quick to fix when I asked. If we had a criticism it was that clean up of debris (tape, paint chips, etc., was just average but to us that was a small matter relative to the overall quality and value of their work. He gave me a quote and by the end of the job he added $22.00 more to the bill because he said my deck took more things than he needed. I had to get them back because they got stuff all over my house. They did come get it off but the progress of trying to get stuff out of them was hard. I felt they could have done a better job with the deck. They were a little sloppy and I don't think they covered it well."
