The process was very quick and easy. Francisco made sure to ask about colors and finish that we wanted, and listened to all of the details we specified originally (like rounded edges). "We had erosion under our outbuilding. We thought we could take care of it ourselves. After more than a year of continued erosion, we gave up and called Traditional Masonry! They were out to our house the next day! The concrete footer went right in the first day. The second day required some relocation of some dirt piles we had near the work site. On the third day, we had a beautiful new retaining wall! Things I liked: 1) The speed with which the work was done. 2) The skill with which the work was done. 3) The cleanliness of the workers. The place is cleaner now than before they came. They left no trash for us to clean up. 4) They did not smoke while on our work site. 5) They didn't play loud music while working. 6) They did everything they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. It's hard to find a contractor who can meet all these criteria....But Traditional Masonry does! I highly recommend them and will use them again for some more masonry projects we have in store."

"Miguel, the owner, was exceptionally easy to work with. He is very responsive to questions before going with his company. Requested references from multiple clients with very positive comments. Once I decided to have his company install the sidewalk, he followed my request to change the look by adding a curve to the walkway. He did not ask for money down, but payment in full after the job was done and approved. I would highly recommend him. He was"

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.
