"Love my floors but the customer service does not exist with this company....I had too make numerous phone calls to this company without a return call or any empathy whatsoever for the issues I experienced....Once they have your $$ which is as soon as the contractor walks in the door before they do anything I had too chase them down too get my job complete."

"Reggie has completed several home improvement projects for me. He replaced my Kitchen Floor and some Cabinets, rebuilt my outside deck, and replaced my front porch and steps. I have referred him multiple times to people I know, and they have all been very well pleased. Reggie is my go-to man for almost any job I need done."

"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"I was hesitant because it is all done on line. It was the best experience. The sent me samples so.I could see exactly what it would look like. In addition I sent a pic of the room would look like with the pattern (s) I chose. I would do it again and tell anyone thinking about it to do it. The price was right and it looks fabulous. The installer did a great job and was very professional. Thank you My Flooring. Tammy H"

Flooring Installation questions, answered by experts

Basements are commonly converted into game rooms. The potential challenges you may run into include controlling moisture, working with low ceilings, limited natural light, and the need for additional electrical or HVAC work. Addressing these issues can add to the total cost, but it ensures a comfortable and functional space.

You typically aren’t in any immediate danger if your floors are sagging, but that doesn’t mean you should leave them unattended. Sagging is likely a sign of underlying problems with the structure of your home, such as uneven subflooring or rotting joists. Have your floors inspected by a local carpenter as soon as possible to help you determine the type of repairs needed.

Sometimes, professional floor cleaning isn't enough to remove all the set-in grime and odors that have accumulated over the years. In other instances, your flooring might be nearing the end of its lifespan after more than a decade. If that's the case, it might be time to replace your flooring and start fresh.

The cost to install flooring ranges from $1,500 to $4,460 for a 500-square-foot room. The overall price you pay depends on the size of your room and the flooring type you choose.

There are many benefits to hiring a professional floor cleaner. First, these flooring pros know the right chemicals for your flooring type, which is essential for its longevity. Likewise, they have the proper deep-cleaning equipment, which is often more complex than a mop or broom. Not only that, but deep cleaning your floors can be a time-consuming process, and by hiring a professional, you can spend that time on other home improvement projects.

Transition strips are often called seam binders as they bridge the gap between two floor types. They are common between carpeting and hardwood or wood and tile. Transition strips prevent trips and falls and make the transition from each room appear seamless. They are also often used to even out height differences between floors.
