Floored has three full-time and two part-time employees. This staff is largely committed to in-store operations and sales. All of our installation is performed by a core group of trained and competent subcontractors. The standard practice for payments is a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon completion of the agreed services. All major credit cards are accepted, though discounts are sometimes available for cash or check payment. Other financing options or payment arrangements may be available.

We had to hire a lawyer to get his attention. Now almost 4 years later, the wall is failing and he still refuses to accept responsibility. He gives references who are friends or family. BEWARE."
