"Our furnace motor was making a loud noise, and Chris Suttles came by and diagnosed the problem shortly after I called. He fixed the problem that afternoon, and the furnace is now quieter than it's ever been. I asked him to come by the next week and give the furnace a tune-up and clean the heating ducts. When Chris opened one of the supply ducts, he found the inside of the ducts had a sticky, oil-like coating. I decided to replace the ductwork, and he replaced all of the ductwork in 2 days. The air coming out of our vents is now cleaner, warmer, and stronger."

"Repaired ~ 4'X4' section of basement ceiling that had been cut out to access water leak. This was a special buy of 2 1/2 hours of work. Company charged 45 minutes of this for coming by to see what I would like them to do. They are not the fastest workers I have ever seen.

"His work, both on the initial job of cleaning out my gutter downspouts, and the subequent job of the roof and deck powerwashing, followed by staining (the deck) and roof shampooing (to remove roof mold) was very good and professionally done. Chris is punctual, explains in detail what the prospective job will entail, and keeps the customer advised as to when he will start and likely finish the job. He furnishes references, and keeps in contact with the customer until the job is finished to their satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any home or business owner who needs some repair work or new construction to be done.
