  This was our first time using a contractor. Carlos exceeded all expectations. We’ve just bought a new home and needed work on our old to rent. Carlos and his subcontractors started the day after closing and worked nearly every day. He was responsive, kind, and generous. As with all remodel jobs, we discovered things that needed to be done that we hadn’t expected. He picked up the extra easily with no problem, and he still completed both jobs on time!! In fact, the rental home was completed about a week early! His notes are meticulous and will do the work exactly the way you want. We had one thing that wasn’t quite how we pictured it, and he was out the next day to adjust it to our specific needs. I could likely go on forever about how pleased we were with the quality and timeliness of the work, but I’ll say this: I wish we had more work to do, because this was a job well done and it was absolutely stress free. Their design services with Jamie helped us with our colors. Her help was priceless. Baku and his painting crew was wonderful and took their time to obtain beautiful results. All our stained woodwork was painted white which is no easy task and looks beautiful. Our kitchen cabinets were painted by Ivan and the results transformed our kitchen. Absolutely beautiful finish.
