I will introduce them and give full information on them if they are to ever come into a home with me. I have a contract i have all my client's sign which explains the days the services are to be done, what services and payment plans and details. I have clients sign them and i make them a copy and bring it back on the day i start cleaning. I offer free in-home consultations!

He requested and received $2,500 as deposit before he was scheduled to begin work the following week. He never showed up. When I asked him why he said he had problems with his work vehicle. The next week he said he was out of town. The next week he was working on another project. Etc. Eventually when I asked for him to return my deposit until he is ready to do the work, he had another string of excuses of why he couldn’t pay or empty promises of when he said he would pay. Now, 5 months later he has yet to return my money and has done NO work. JUAN VASQUEZ is a smooth talker and polite, but a complete FRAUD that should not be trusted."
