Replace thermostat.

Mr. Wade determined what had happened and called for a price on a replacement part. The part's cost was so great that we decided to get a new stove. Mr. Wade agreed.

Arrived on time. Found the problem quickly and charged a fair price.

He came out faster and cheaper than Sears. His part supplier was shut down for an inventory review, but he told me the part name so I had Amazon ship me one and he put it in. Total dryer down time was 4days and that is only because we were out of town for 2!

The technician that took my initial call knew what the problem was immediately and they had the needed parts when they came to service the fridge. Overall service was great!

Identified problem on first visit on a Friday, came back Tuesday morning (as promised) with new timer. Installed and check out promptly. Very experienced and efficient repair man. Quite pleased with all aspects of this repair.

They returned my call and said they'd call again when their scheduler was available. When they didn't call back in 24 hrs. I called again and was told they hadn't called again because they could n't fit me in in the next 4 days. How was I to know?

They did a good job with their work and professionalism.  My only concern is that they didn't tell me that I could buy a used machine in good condition for less than it cost to repair my old one.  I would have appreciated that type of honesty even though they would have made less money from our interaction.

Refrigerator was not cooling properly, but freezer was functioning fine.  Contacted Appliance Repair, but had to leave message.  Call was returned within a few hours and an appointment was scheduled for the next day.  I was impressed when I spoke with the company that if this had been my primary refrigerator, they would have moved me to the top of the list and been out the same day.  It is a secondary unit so I was fine waiting and it was still working, just not well.
The technician arrived during the appointed time frame and immediately knew the problem was in the freezer.  After some forced defrosting with a hair dryer, he identified the piece and said that he would have to see if he could get the part as he did not have it on his truck, but he thought he could be back the next day - if not, definitely before week end.  The next day, I was contacted in the late morning that he had the part.  The technician arrived about 30 minutes later and completed the repair within about 15 minutes.
I was pleased with the promptness, professionalism and value.  This repair was completed on 12/30 and 12/31; I had figured with the holiday, it would either take longer to be repaired or cost more - neither was true.  I would definitely use Appliance Repair again as well as recommend them to others.

The company was excellent. They got the work done in a timely manner and were very prompt. They were very thorough and made sure everything was working correctly.

Scheduled repair service for a kitchen appliance exactly one week prior to today. I called this morning @ 8:30 AM to confirm a time window that he would arrive at my home. Was told by his scheduler was unsure of time window and was in the process of mapping out today's work schedule and advised would call me back in a short amount of time to confirm. 2 1/2 hours later I had received no call back. I called again and was told by his scheduler due to his heavy work load he would not be coming out today (?!). Was further advised that this was because his and quot;regularand quot; customers had called in over the last couple of days with refrigerator issues and this takes precedence over new customers since they would have food going bad. I understand prioritizing and taking care of repeat customers, but it is ridiculous to completely bump someone that had scheduled a repair service a week prior. This is just unprofessional and unacceptable.

I called because my refrigerator was not cooling. They showed up in the window as promised. Identified the problem (the thermostat was set incorrectly) and reset. Also looked at a different problem with another unit and recommended I replace the ice maker. They did not have one with them, but let me know where to find and how to install myself. All for the cost of a service call.
