Once the installers showed up (10:30-11 AM) each day all seemed to go smoothly. They seemed to count their time from the time they left their house, which was about 1 to 1 1/2 hours away. Whenever I commented on them showing up so late they said "well we're leaving the house at 9AM, then they would leave about 3:30 - 4 to be home by 5. The one day they admitted to going to an antique mall before coming to the job. The job performed was excellent. Just seemed that their hours were odd and they weren't in a rush to finish. Maybe they were slow and didn't have another job after mine.

24They responded promptly after I made an appointment. They were accurate with all window measurements. The windows were made within the time frame we were given and the installation was done in a timely, professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacements.

Basement windows were installed tilting inward. When installing patio door carpet was cut app 3/4 inch (crooked), therefore does not meet bottom sill of door, did not move furniture which was scratched and dinged with toolbelts/windows, interior woodtrim hit in numerous spots with hammer where old windows were removed and will have to be replaced, although we had them to recaulk windows they still missed numerous spots, within first month a crank broke, in living room we had three side by side windows-middle window that was installed did not match two end windows/was a cheaper window, lots of scratches on trim around windows. When came to do installation they did not have all materials needed and I had to supply some lumber, etc. Left a lot of screws, metal clippings, etc in yard. Dropped lots of caulk on carpet and left. Have had them here three times to do repairs, will not ever purchase anything from this company again although I believe it was more of the installers than the products.

Their quality was good. Their installation was good. It was probably the best installed windows I have ever seen. Everything was an A.

Everything that they did was excellent.

I had to repaint and repair walls, and I was very disappointment with them. When their sales person came out, he did a great demonstration of the windows. He said that those are strong, they can stand on, he did a blowtorch against the window to show how the temperature highly changed on the other side of the window, and he did a very impressive demonstration. They guys who came were really nice and very polite, and it was fine having them in my house because they didn't make me nervous or anything, but after they left, my husband and I looked around, what they did was terrible. They actually too broke a couple of windows when they were taking them out. The flooring upstairs was damaged by glass. I would not use them again in the future.

They are fantastic. They do the job very quickly and they clean all the mess like the old windows and everything. They are very neat and very nice. Overall, it went really good. The door cost about $1500 as we wanted a sliding door. There was other work going on at the same and they were so great with them. They were always there when they said they were going to be.

They did work for me in June. They came back after we had a storm and redid the window casements which got damaged in the storm. They did a great job. I compared the price to a few other ones and they were where they needed to be. They weren't in the low end but they were one of the lower ones. They are a great company to get replacement windows if you looking for new windows.

They were very explicit in their offerings and made good suggestions about the windows. They talked to us about all of the different options and did a good job.
