I hired Dennis to replace deadbolts. He could not replace front door good and it was literally hanging. He seemed to be ok with making me wait a day to fix it. He never called back and did not return my call. I had to hire somebody else to fix it. I would NEVER recommend.

The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work. After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.
