There, Carlie was a big help with tile and design choices. Tracy gave us a detailed proposal laying out the scope of work, price and timeline. Donnell did the remodel work, and he is highly skilled in the crafts for our job, carpentry, drywall, tile, and wood flooring. Donnell is a true perfectionist and is great to work with. We had to replace some subflooring that had water damage. He was very clear about what was required to correct the hidden damage and the cost. Communication throughout the job was excellent. "the crews were great, everybody seemed to know what to do. the finished floor came out very nice. they also did a tile floor in the laundry room and pantry and that is also very good. we are however still waiting on a finishing strip between wood hall floor, and tile in bathroom, and a metal strip to finish off between tile laundry room and staircase to basement. some of the problem is that I am not always at the house needing the work, and Dennis isn't the best at calling me back when I leave him my schedule. so it hasn't gotten finished yet; but i'm sure it will eventually."
