They were courteous and friendly on the phone setting up appointment. The men arrived when scheduled and the work was complete within a couple hours. We added stairs and a hallway and sitting room. The additional cost was very fair. I was aware of the $2/stair charge that was not part of the coupon and this was money well spent! "Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.

"Two painters arrived on time on Friday and worked all day and did the priming and partially broke up the hearth, with a chisel and a hammer. Personally I think it would have been easier on them if they had used a hammer drill. Two more painters arrived on time on Sat. and did the rest of the hearth, finished painting and did the trim. They did a very professional job on time and on budget and I would use them again.
