"Project: Trim or Remove Shrubs - 5-week Update About 5 weeks ago I asked this company to come to my Leesburg home to quote the removal of leaves from my yard and to cut back about 8 overgrown bushes in the front of my home. They arrived and gave me a quote for $800 and said they could start immediately despite the weather being rainy. I told them to go ahead and gave them the check for $800. They blew the leaves up in about 50% of my backyard when the rain really started to come down hard. So, they shifted over to the just cutting back the 8 hedges - which took about 1 hour. They did complete the trimming. However, all the leaves are still here and have not been cleared. I have tried to re-contact on several occasions and have received 3-4 text messages that they will call to reschedule, but over these 5 weeks, they have never followed through. Meanwhile, I have a debris mess out front along the road, a ton of leaves out back that have been blown around from bad weather since, and I am out $800. I will now start requesting a $500 refund (as in fairness only did about $300 of the work) so I can hire someone to finish the job. Not only was their work sub-par their ability to reschedule and actually finish the job after I in good faith paid them the full $800 is highly unprofessional. My yard looks terrible. If you do hire them, do not pay them until you are satisfied with their work. Follow-up - The owner texted me back upset because I left them this review and said the truck was broken (However, from this site you can see they still have been doing jobs.) Paid them $800 and they literally only performed 25% of the work. Stopped responding to my text and never rescheduled. I had to pay another firm $150 to come by and pick up the mess they left out front and my backyard still have all the leaves. Horrible businessman, clearly cannot keep his word, and as you can see by the others on this review site, are lazy rip-offs. Do not hire Alpha Landscape. They are a joke... Alpha - you have my address. Send me a refund check for $400 and I'll pull down this review. (See folks - this is how bad they are...)"

He arrived promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate to remove 2 downed pine trees and several dead boxwoods. The pricing was more than fair. Work was performed efficiently, and professionally. I am pleased with the results and will continue to use them in the future."
