Description of Work: Totally overgrown flowerbed. Shaped bushes, get rid of weeds, matt and mulch. Clear weeds around the air conditioners.

+ -1 moreI found this guy off of Angie’s. He was supposed to repair my front brick steps. He came buy, saw the steps, dropped off a card, and gave an estimate. We scheduled a date and time of Wednesday at 8:30am for THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I get a text after 6 am, THE DAY OF THE JOB, stating that he can’t do the job because he can’t find the right brick. He went on to say that not only could he not find the right brick, he’s going to have to go somewhere more expensive to HOPEFULLY find the right brick which would cost me $100 more. He THEN went on to say that not only would this cost me $100 more he was unable to give me a reschedule time and date at the moment and he would have to get back to me. I couldn’t believe what I was reading, but still agreed because I need these steps fixed. It is now Friday people. Literally 2 whole days and I have not heard a peep, since he originally agreed to provide services. I do not know masonry, but I do know this is NO WAY to do business. Never again Chris. Never again.

+ -1 moreIt went fine and completed in less than 4 days. I was satisfied with all work performed.
Description of Work: Put in sod after removing old grass and filling void with topsoil. Spread topsoil around my large yard, after cutting down the lawn, then spread grass seed and fertilizer. I purchased the topsoil (10 cubic yards ). Leveled my brick walkway since it had sunk 8 inches. Re-leveled standing bricks that were toppling over and reinforced with cement. Fixed a few places where cement was needed in cracks. Enlarged my bricked area for refuse containers.
