I was very pleased and hopeful during the initial visit. However, I waited several days to to finalize an offer. I recognize it would take time for the project to get underway, if accepted, because of it’s a busy time of the year, but an estimate should be done promptly IMHO.

It went great. I’ve never seen matting and mulching done so well. Great people. They will definitely be the ones I call for my next project.

I found this guy off of Angie’s. He was supposed to repair my front brick steps. He came buy, saw the steps, dropped off a card, and gave an estimate. We scheduled a date and time of Wednesday at 8:30am for THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I get a text after 6 am, THE DAY OF THE JOB, stating that he can’t do the job because he can’t find the right brick. He went on to say that not only could he not find the right brick, he’s going to have to go somewhere more expensive to HOPEFULLY find the right brick which would cost me $100 more. He THEN went on to say that not only would this cost me $100 more he was unable to give me a reschedule time and date at the moment and he would have to get back to me. I couldn’t believe what I was reading, but still agreed because I need these steps fixed. It is now Friday people. Literally 2 whole days and I have not heard a peep, since he originally agreed to provide services. I do not know masonry, but I do know this is NO WAY to do business. Never again Chris. Never again.

The company came out quickly and gave us an estimate that we liked. Then was out within 2 days and his crew made short work of what we wanted done. Thanks for your hard.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job for me today, a much needed accomplishment. I do plan to use his services again.

It went fine and completed in less than 4 days. I was satisfied with all work performed.
