Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. His team did good work too, and in a few instances where we saw minor flaws, Wayne made sure that his team fixed them promptly. He even went above and beyond what he was contracted to do, such as by helping us return a vanity to Home Depot, and installing a new toilet valve in another bathroom when he noticed that it was broken. While the total cost was a few thousand dollars higher than what other companies quoted, Wayne's responsiveness made up for it."

"I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."

"Mr. Torres was great to work with. He was very quick to set up a conference and provide me with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to get the project done the next week even though he ran into some problems that were no fault of his own. Once the front porch steps were removed from the house, he discovered that the builder had not done a good job. The builder had not tied the steps into the house and had used cross beams that were not wide enough to provide ample support. That was why the steps always felt "spongy". He explained all of this in a way that made sense. He offered several solutions to the problem and when I asked what he thought was the best solution he told me and explained why it would be the best. It all made sense to me. The additional cost for materials and labor was reasonable and he had the steps completed the next day. My front porch feels secure and sturdy. I have no doubt these steps will be here for years to come. Mr. Torres was polite, professional, fair, and made everything easy to understand. I plan on doing some other home improvements in the next 6 months and Mr. Torres will be the person I call."

"During the installation of a COMPLETE new roof late last year, the team severely damaged the recently installed gutter helmet (uninstalled, bent, unscrewed then nailed original gutters and helmet), thus voiding the lifetime warranty. The Roof is fine, but now we have 5 waterfalls around the house that are quickly damaging the perimeter. We are currently waiting for Mike's Home Improvement to correct the unfortunate situation. It is only fair to, at a minimum, repair the damaged gutters or replace with a comparable product, in a way that it can handle the high volumes of rain we are getting in the area. I will UPDATE this review as soon as the situation is resolved."
