We needed a deep cleaning of our commercial kitchen at our Church. They were prompt for all our pre-meetings and was on time the day scheduled for the cleaning. Total transformation—it looked brand new, especially the appliances which was 18 years of grease and discoloration. They removed everything they could out of the kitchen and did a deep cleaning of floors. I have given their info to our sister Churches who are in desperate need of the same.

We scheduled Maids4All to come monthly at a designated time and date. They came over one hour late one time while we waited and finally had to contact them to see if they were coming. Even though they didn't notify us that they would be late, we gave them a generous bonus. The next month they tried to change the date they were coming which was not convenient for us. As a result, they said they wouldn't be able to honor our monthly date. We rescheduled them for the next month and had to skip our cleaning. Their contact person verified that they could come the following month. We trusted that they would keep their word. I checked two days before they were to come to confirm that they were coming at their usual time. Their contact person replied that they weren't coming and would no longer provide service. She gave no reason for this. We had planned our week around their appointment and were expecting them to clean our home as planned. If I had not checked, we would have been waiting for them and they would never have arrived. At the very least, they could have let us know early so we could contact another service. These people seem nice, but ended up being self-serving and completely undependable. I would never deal with them again.

"Thank you for your review, it is an important tool for us to continue to improve our service. We are really sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with Maids4all. As most of the in home service providers, it is not always possible to keep an exact time to arrive, we usually need to use a 30 to 60 minutes window. It is necessary so we are able to accommodate unexpected events, such as a previous client in the day taking a little longer than the normal or a traffic issue. Both are actually very common. The reason mentioned when we informed that we would not be able to provide the service any more was because of a schedule conflict, since your request was a monthly cleaning with a specific day and time that was difficult for us to fit in our previous schedule with other clients. Once again, we are sorry that we could not meet your expectations. Sincerely, Maids4all"
