"Everything was perfect. I left a voicemail and he called me back within minutes. We discussed my problems and he understood my computer gibberish. He came to my house to pick up the laptop. He notified me that night about the cost of the replacement parts and length of shipping. He then contacted me when my computer was fixed. He delivered it to my house.

"Carl and his son did an excellent job repairing and replacing all the screens in my townhouse. The final price was certainly reasonable. They came to the house to get all the screens and then returned in under a week to replace them all. Carl had explained exactly what he was going to do and approximately what it would cost.
