Juan helped with great suggestions after describing my idea to him during the free estimate. He communicated when the rain storms kept delaying my project and didn't try to start the job knowing a bad storm was on the way. He cares more about the final outcome than just getting the job done. Juan and his crew are meticulous! They paid attention to every detail. He pitched my driveway just right! No more puddles and I absolutely love the final outcome! "From the inspection for an estimate through our goodbye at the end of the project, I don't think we could have asked for a more thorough, friendly, and hard-working contractor. Ellis and his assistant arrived on time the morning of the install and worked pretty much for 8 hours without a break. They were fastidious in their neatness and constantly cleaned up after themselves, vacuuming after each stage of demo/install, and made sure they had everything looking perfect when they left. They were friendly without being too chatty, respected our privacy, our house, and our pets. Would highly recommend to anyone. Price was very fair. Work was A+."

"A Home Renovation LLC (Owner: Javier) ​Overall Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars (DO NOT RECOMMEND) ​I hired A Home Renovation LLC for a porch renovation, which included a smaller, agreed-upon auxiliary job. While the project was completed, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to both subpar workmanship in highly visible areas and the highly unprofessional and belligerent behavior of the owner, Javier. ​Issues with Professionalism and Communication ​Javier is exceptionally challenging and argumentative to work with. His communication was defined by open hostility, sarcasm, and dismissal of customer input. ​Argumentative and Dismissive: He was openly hostile to basic customer questions and input. When questioned, he repeatedly reminded me that he had "been doing this work 10 years," using his asserted experience to dismiss any concern or design preference I had. ​Rude and Disproportionate: When I politely requested an itemized receipt, his immediate, disproportionate response was: "Jesus Christ you told me at my earliest convenience. I'm working on it. I've been busy." This established a tone of disrespect for the entire engagement. ​Excusing Poor Quality: When a flaw in the completed work was pointed out, Javier’s response was, "you get what you pay for," suggesting low quality was justified despite our agreed-upon contract price. ​Contractual Obligation Treated as a "Favor": He treated the small, agreed-upon extra job as a personal favor rather than a commitment under our contract. ​Critical Workmanship and Material Damages ​The structural work was adequate, but the final, highly visible details suffered from poor execution and damaged materials. ​Poor Workmanship: The final detailing includes uneven cuts and poor finishes in prominent areas. ​Material Damage: We noted several critical material damages upon final inspection: ​Cracked stair post tubing. ​The hand railing running down the stairs is badly scratched. ​A new white handrail has a noticeable black stain on the bottom. ​Conclusion ​Had Javier been willing to engage respectfully, I might have been able to overlook minor imperfections. However, his belligerent attitude, combined with noticeable flaws and material damage, makes this unacceptable. ​I now require that all noted issues, including specific poor workmanship and material damages, be corrected immediately or that I be reimbursed for the cost of professional repairs. Due to Javier's conduct, A Home Renovation LLC has lost any opportunity for future projects I had planned. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless you can handle the disrespect."

"Working with Britt's AV went very well. Promt abd courteous communication. They were punctual with both the estimate and the installation appointments. My house unbeknownst to both of us threw up unforseen obstacles eeeevery step of the way. They reeeeally worked off their posteriors for nine hours to make this lil' fantasy come true. I had been wanting to hang my TV for yeeears and they didn't just throw in the towel and say "Sorry, can't be done" after all the obstacles presented themselves. And when they motored through they didn't radically change the quote in me. Some unforseen holes had to be made in the plaster and they came back and filled, sanded and painted the holes. They were professional and very earnest and hardworking. I was/am very pleased"
