"Blake did a stellar job at my place with tree removal/replacement, removing overgrown weeds/old mulch, and installing weed barrier/rock. He did a better job solo than I have experienced with hiring a company who sent out multiple guys (who not only did a *very* poor job, they were more interested in suggesting additional work that cost 4x more than the initial fix, which I ended up finishing myself-no thanks). I highly recommend Blake-he is honest, reasonably priced, and does a fantastic, thorough job. Additionally, if you are not sure of the best route to go, he goes above and beyond by listening to challenges, presenting effective solutions, and promptly responds/provides detailed follow-through w/clearly explaining all phases of the job. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!
