Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor.
