"Mr. Flores and Team always come to my residence and does an A-1 / 5 Star job on my yard. His team is very professional and courteous. Fair prices for the work done. He is very reliable and dependable. I have recommended to a few of my friends and they have had nothing but positive comments about the work that he does. I will continue ask and refer his services to anyone. W. Springs"

"It went great!  I wanted to get my car and nice looking as possible in an effort to increase resale value.  He did an AWESOME job.  He came prepared with all the equipment he needed and took time to pay attention to detail.  I was really impressed with how my car turned out.  I "almost" didn't want to get rid of it.  I will definitely being using this service again.

"I would definitely use the crew again.  I've never met a crew so meticulous with their work.  They did an awesome job.  Thank you to Gene for recommending quality paint from Sherwinn-Williams.  I love the results and thinking of hiring them again for the rest of the house.

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.
