"I am extremely happy with the gutters and downspouts that Rife Remodeling and Flooring installed. They exceeded all my expectations regarding: 1. Cost 2. Time 3. Look/function 4. Honesty/integrity They completed the job same day, were professional, courteous, and trustworthy. The crew for Rife Remodeling and Flooring were left unattended with full access to the property and it's contents. When we got home that evening, the job was done, and they had completely cleaned up after themselves and left no debris in the yard or driveway. "Very well. Came in on time Friday morning, noting that a blizzard was in the forecast for Saturday, they decided to stay all day Friday to complete the service. Flooring looks great."

"The owner, along with her technician, examined the floor in my home. They gave me their opinion of what needed to be done. This coincided with my opinion of the scope of the work, since I have had that done previously. She gave me a price which was within the range I wanted to spend. She came with two technicians. She made sure that everything was going smoothly before she left. They came on time. The technicians performed the work beautifully. They were very polite and answered any questions I had. The owner returned at the time she anticipated the job would be completed and inspected the work.
I was very pleased and happy with the work. They did a better job then my previous company, which I thought was good. The finished product looked like it did when the marble was first laid. She also provides a guarantee. I would definitely recommend New Galaxy floors and will use them again.

"Steve was very punctual, showing up early every day. The work didn't exceed the estimate, and he was very good about explaining any needed changes as they came up. His knowledge of construction standards was very helpful and one of the main reasons we chose Townside. The projects listed were not done in a single contract, but over three seperate visits. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room. She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources. Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me. That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought. I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
