"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. "8 years ago I purchased a house that was under renovation and had brand new Windows by Anderson. Within 6 months I realized that they were not doing their job and on the advice of a friend I called AAPCO to come out and explain to me why I was losing so much heat. The explanation I was given made sense so I replaced 13 windows with AAPCO windows and I never looked back. The workers were punctual, respectful of my property, did their job professionally and cleaned up behind themselves.
