SCOTT IS BOTH COMPETENT & PLEASANT. HE FIXED ANOTHER PROBLEM DISCOVERED AFTER HE REMOVED THE WINDOW SILL WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE WORKED, PROBABLY LATER THAN HE EXPECTED, TO FINISH THE JOB IN ONE DAY.
