They were pleasant to talk with and patiently answered all of my questions. They were very clear about what they were doing and why they were doing it. They put a drainage system in my basement and sealed the walls. I wish everyone I had to do work for me had their work ethics. It was a pleasure to watch them work and to see how they all worked together so easily! I am actually going to miss seeing them. They were here 4 days and I really got attached to them. David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.

"Sky Home does excellent work!  Most recently, we hired Sky Home to replace our front door, frame, and storm door, roof soffits,and replace and wrap the fascia board on the exterior of our townhome in Centreville, VA.  Ben went the extra mile wherever he could to ensure that the work was top notch, effective for purpose and pleasing to the eye, including even helping our neighbor out a bit, which showed tremendous character.  The house looks incredible.
We started working with Ben and Sky Home last year. As new homeowners, the ownership part quickly became a harsh reality after we'd sprung a serious roof leak, which resulted in a terrible encounter with a bad roofer who did more damage than any good to our roof.  Long story short, the bad contractor wouldn't fix it.  We knew we were in need of a new roof anyways and in our search, we discovered Sky Home. 
We were so grateful to have found them.  Ben and Sky Home were AWESOME from his estimate to the end product.  They worked as early or as late as required to get the job done right, on time and to our specifications.  He knocked it out of the park and if he says he's going to do something, he does it.  Ben and team are worth every single dollar and they go above and beyond.  For example, we also had him re-insulate our attic and for a little bit more cash, he managed to build for us some adequate storage space around the newly blown insulation using spare wood from the roof replacement, which was a huge help to us.  Dude is killer.  We couldn't recommend him any higher!!"

Initially, he seemed like he was very very knowledgeable, very friendly and gave us thoughts that he knew what he was doing. They arrived on time. They're very good. The crew was pretty quick and efficient. One problem I had was they didn't come with enough materials. They had to reschedule for a completion of some. There were some minor issues that we ran into. They were supposed to paint the chimney cap and never actually did that. It's not a big deal but the other thing was the warranty and we kind of had a fight with them for the warranty to actually be processed. The warranty was the big thing and it was a lifetime warranty and I guess there were personal things that came up. It was just basically what I've learned late, but it took us probably eight months to get the warranty to be processed. That was my biggest concern, but the warranty company ensures me that everything is good even though the paperwork has the wrong number on there and I am assuming that's because they had the wrong number initially which is why they didn't have enough material.
