They sent a price sheet so I knew generally what to expect before even having them come out to give an estimate 2) They showed up for the estimate and the job exactly when they said they would. 3) I have 60 year old original tile in one bathroom that I have scrubbed, bleached, steam cleaned, etc. and never been happy with the results.
