Then we had him put in 2 exterior wooden railings. We then had Jon build a custom built in toy box/storage chest in our sunroom. Today, he just finished painting the exterior of the home. She came today, worked hard for over two hours to clean our Master BR and closet, lower staircase and roughly 1/4 of the lower living area, and did a lovely, attentive and thorough job for $225. Very pleasant--does carpets and other cleaning, painting, landscaping, mowing and pressure washing between morning and evening school bus driving for Gretna public schools (all three levels).
