CEO John was astute to our painting needs. He made positive suggestions, was flexible in scheduling, reasonable in price, prompt in follow-up. Painter Austin (sp) was professional, hard worker, good attention to detail and good cleanup skills. When my family relocated back to Lynchburg, our realtor, Kensie Johnson, referred us to Jon @ Straight Line. Jon was EXTREMELY responsive & he didn't leave us hanging like some contractors did. Jon was easy to work with & his workmanship was FANTASTIC. Our first project together was when he painted the interior of the home. Needless to say, it was wonderful. Then we had him put in 2 exterior wooden railings. We then had Jon build a custom built in toy box/storage chest in our sunroom. Today, he just finished painting the exterior of the home. We hired John and his crew to paint exterior porches and rails and power wash our house. They did an excellent job. They arrived on time and on schedule and cleaned up when they left. Our house has never looked better!

Quick work, and the results looked good. The only thing preventing me from giving John 5s across the board is that he and his co-worker left my kitchen (the room they were painting) a little messy. They got some paint on the floor. Fortunately, it's tile, so I was able to wipe the paint up easily, but I wish they'd used drop-cloths.

John and his crew were able to start (and finish) quickly which helped us get our house on the market sooner than expected. Despite our need to add on a small project or two through the process, they were able to wrap things up timely without compromising quality.
