Very well. Came the day after I called, called ahead of time and arrived on time. Very professional. Repaired 5 faucets.

Clay was able to come the day after I called.  He called 30 minutes before arrival and did the repairs quickly and professionally.  The price was very reasonable.

I've had Clay out numerous times for various projects.  He is always incredibly prompt and quick.  Pricing is very fair as well.  Years ago, I had to have a main water line replaced and his company did the work for by far the lowest cost.

Made appointment, called to say on the way and arrived early for appointment with needed supplies and tools.  Took less than half a day to complete all.  Everything left cleaned up and all trash (including a box that wasn't from plumbing repair) taken off premises. Very prompt and professional service.  Would contact for future plumbing needs.

I regret I am a little belated in submitting this review - however.. I previously, on 2/8/2013, called Clay to help me out with a persistently leaking toilet, the result of two plumbers apparently not knowing what they were doing. The first one had cracked the flange and the second one, who did not diagnose the problem, recommended I buy a new toilet, which he installed that  continued to leak at the base !!  I got Clay's company name off Angie's list.  Clay responded to my 'phone call immediately,  set up an appointment, came out and identified the problem,  repaired/resolved  it,  and I have not had a problem since, (cost for that was $139.45).
As a consequence I called him when a toilet in another bathroom went sour, (on 12/5/2013). As the toilet needed replacement due to age, he picked up a Toto brand toilet, installed it and I have had no problem since. The cost of service ($375), included the toilet and installation.
At this point, due to unexpected expenses, I have been unable to schedule replacement of a shower - but, when I am able to undertake this, I would not consider anyone else for the job. Clay is well qualified, knows what he is doing and as a consequence is efficient, in addition to being totally reliable, professional and, above all, honest in his cost of service.

The gas hot water heater in our rental house was not staying lit.  The house was built in 1995, and this is the original heater.  They responded to my call promptly, arrived on time for the job and completed it in a few hours after having to go purchase a part.  I was worried the unit would have to be replaced at a high cost, but all it needed was one part and the ventilation pipe repositioned.  I would definitely use them again.

We created a very stubborn clog during Thanksgiving meal prep.  Clay and team did a wonderful job of getting everything cleared out (and there was a lot of it) and repair some piping in the process.  There was a good bit of mess that was well-controled and everything was cleaned up afterward.  I had experience with Clay's dad in the past and was very glad to see him continue the business with such quality.

Went very well.    Clay arrived with his assistant at approx noon, which was when he said he would be there.   Worked quickly without rushing, didn't make a mess and got the job done.   Would use him again for plumbing.  I like that his is a long time, local, family owned business and the owner makes the service calls.

Clay met us at 6:30 on a Friday night and fixed several plumbing and hot water problems. He was efficient, polite, and did a great job. Would definitely use him again. Reasonable pricing as well.

It went great and we had no problems. The only problems we've had were of our own doing. We bought faucets we liked and they installed them but told us they didn't like that brand as they have more troubles out of them, which has been true. Lesson learned. I either will use what they carry or call and ask twhat hey recommend next time.

Polite, friendly, took time to answer all questions and did a great job cleaning up after he was done.
