They got straight to work with their knowledge and equipment and were able to completely clear up and pull out a massive hair clog that had stopped the water from draining. They worked fast and efficiently for an extremely good price. The bathtub now drains wonderfully, better than ever. really appreciate the work they did and the kindness they showed me. He let the shower run for a solid amount of time after finishing up so that I could watch the way it was now draining, making sure I was happy with how everything was working. The installers were polite, professional and worked hard; never stopping to take a break. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. Tim Griffin sold me the unit and he really knows his stuff. He thoroughly explained which unit I should buy and why. He answered his phone every time I called him with a question. Excellent customer service from Tim Griffin (engineer & sales) and Carlos and Jeffrey (the two installers)"
