"From the onset, I had an AMAZING experience with Hugo Carpet Service. Mario, the Sr. Sales Manager, was a gem and he values effective and efficient communication. They came out and did an estimate, I asked a few questions and the responsiveness was on POINT. Additionally, I caused a scheduling mishap and they were able to accommodate my schedule changes. "The owner, along with her technician, examined the floor in my home.  They gave me their opinion of what needed to be done.  This coincided with my opinion of the scope of the work, since I have had that done previously.  She gave me a price which was within the range I wanted to spend.  She came with two technicians.  She made sure that everything was going smoothly before she left.  They came on time.  The technicians performed the work beautifully.  They were very polite and answered any questions I had.  The owner returned at the time she anticipated the job would be completed and inspected the work.
I was very pleased and happy with the work.  They did a better job then my previous company, which I thought was good.   The finished product looked like it did when the marble was first laid.  She also provides a guarantee.  I would definitely recommend New Galaxy floors and will use them again.

"They did our move out clean, and did a fantastic job - we have a dog, and our landlord said the house still had an odor
after the initial cleaning, so they came back the next day at no charge.  The carpets looked gorgeous, but pet smell can be tough to get out.  I really think it had more to do with the house being closed up for a while, and all the rain we had.  They were very responsive and went above and beyond - they also didn't charge me a ridiculous amount for a move out clean - this was a 3 story house, 2 sets of stairs, etc. LOTS of carpet, and they did the flea/tick treatment!

"We hired Walls to come out and move our hot water heater that was located in our laundry area to another location in preparation of an addition to my laundry room.  In order to move the water heater an old water softener system would need to be removed and disposed of.  The work was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done.  Mark and Brian were extremely professional and friendly to work with."
