The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. The guys did an excellent job matching the stain on the shoe molding. And I just love the bathroom floor...what a great job. The job was scheduled to be finished in one day but they had a problem finding the shoe molding that matched. They were back the day and all is well. What a great job guys. "They were very responsive and came out the same week to perform the roof inspection.  They provided a detail account of issues on the roof and what they did to tune it up.  They also provided recommendations regarding the aging of the roof and how I should consider a new roof in 2 years to prevent interior damage in the house.  Lastly they provided a report of the inspection with photos from the roof.  I would definitely use Parker Contracting again!
