Once he began the work, there were many (many, many) problems with the structure that had been constructed to not meet state and city codes. Jeff worked with me on these and put things right. His installation of the insulation, drywall and all finishing touches was superb – he’s a real craftsman. And all along the way he would explain what was needed, offer solutions and get my input before moving forward. He also had some great ideas for the interior design aspects for tile, flooring and trim work concerns. His work is meticulous and he ensures that everything is done completely right. He never cuts corners. I am so pleased with the results!! It was a long road getting here, but I am now one happy homeowner. You can’t go wrong if you decided to go with Mighty Dad. Someone should sew a big MD on his shirtfront! I’m very lucky that he landed in my life."

We had to replace some subflooring that had water damage. He was very clear about what was required to correct the hidden damage and the cost. Communication throughout the job was excellent.
