"Purchased the Angie's deal coupon for $250 for full HVAC cleaning and all vents and returns.  During cleaning they found some black mold and recommended deep cleaning for additional $250.  They showed us pics of where the mold and other dirty stuff was and we decided to have them clean it since I doubt duct cleaning was ever performed for this house.  We were satisfied with the result.  The cleaner was prompt and explained everything in detail.  We were satisfied with the service.

I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process.
