"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "My basement was flooded last week, and I wanted to make sure my sump pumps are working properly.  So I called JCTHI, and the owner Juan Carlos stopped by today to check on the sump pumps.  While he's here, he even helped me solving a problem I have with my radon mitigation system free of charge.  The manometer showed a "zero" reading for the past few months, and I thought this thing was broken until Juan Carlos pointed out the "zero" reading was caused by a pinched tube due to improper installation.

"KBR Kitchen and Bath (Fairfax) did an incredible job remodeling our upstairs bathrooms! We initially reached out to several companies for quotes, but we selected KBR because the designer (Silviya) made such a great impression when she came to our home to take measurements and to collect our requirements for the project. Ronnie and Dave at Granite Vision were very friendly and helpful from the first time we walked in their store.  They have a wide range of colors to choose from and they let us spend a lot of time just walking around their warehouse looking, making just a few suggestions based on our price range and our kitchen setup (cabinets, wall color, etc).

The price above included the granite, as well as removal of our old countertops, new sink & faucet, and a plumber (which they can subcontract out or we could have used our own) to install the new sink and hook everything up.  In total, a comparable price to other estimates that we received.

I had to move the install day on them once - they were very flexible which was nice.  On the day of the install they showed up well within the window they gave me and did a great job.  Because of the shape of our counters they had to install the counters in two pieces with one seam, which you can't even tell unless you look closely.  The kitchen looks 100% better!

Service and product were first rate and I would definitely recommend them!
