Dwayne was incredibly easy to work with, gave us a quote that was fair and did work in a timely manner. I live out of state from where the property is, but Dwayne made it easy to manage the project. Once we agreed on a price, he and his team were out at the house and repaired the porch in a timely manner, making it look brand new in the process. Would work with them again, without hesitation."

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."

David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.

"Over all the job went really well. However, it seemed to take longer than it should. Total Remodeling Systems was very responsive and professional, the work crews were not on time however. I did call the project manager on a Monday night, and the job was completed on Tuesday. I am very happy with the deck. It express high quality and workmanship and have had several compliments on it. "After a bad storm caused a very large Maple tree to fall over on to the corner of our home and caused the whole corner of the roof and the siding to be damaged we needed a quick repair. Gabriel and Gail was the answer to our prayers! They came out and did the estimate, but because they are so talented when they came out to do the job it actually didn't cost as much as it could have. They repaired the roof the day after we accepted the estimate. We didn't have to be at home because it was outside. But they were on time. They were able to repair our gutter, and match the paint perfectly. They did the same with the siding! So no need to use a new piece. Today the house looks like nothing every happened. Wonderful company, fantastic job done. Very polite and professional.
