"My 30-year-old furnace failed on a Monday with night temps at 10 degrees. Elemental came out that day and tried to service the unit. It was unserviceable with a cracked heat exchanger. The salesperson came out at 10:00 PM at night to provide a quote for replacement. The service tech also stayed until he arrived. They didn't try to oversell beyond the equivalent of the existing unit. They replaced the entire furnace and AC units (connected) on that Wednesday (my request). "A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.
