And you as my future clients/costumers, can rest assured that you will be be put right there and I will aim to make your home/space as clean, comforting, and relaxing as I possibly can for you. After all a clean home is a happy home and a happy home creates comfort for us all. I thoroughly look forward to meeting you as my new clients/customers and hope to be able to make you happy with my work.\nAlso, I have 2 specific rules. 1 be honest on condition of home,2 be kind

I love to clean and make some extra money

"We recently had our furnace replaced and the experience was excellent. The Baker’s team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and the pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received. Highly recommend them if you need HVAC work."

"They did a very good job and we were very pleased. We would recommend them."

"

The guys that showed up were great, very friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had.  They did their work quickly and cleaned up afterwards.  They also got me an extra discount on the repairs.

There were no high pressure sales pitch or scare tactics used.    There was no bait and switch or 'limited time offers'  to push the sale along.

The front office person I dealt with could have made more of an effort.  The day of my repairs, I was called and told the Credit Card Machine was not working, so I would have to pay by check, or my appointment would have to be changed to another day.  I was then called back after several minutes and told that a post-dated check would be acceptable if funds were not currently available.  I understand that the Credit Card System was being changed over, but there should have been some thought put into this before calling anyone.

The B for responsiveness is for the front office, not the workers.

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.
