The work they complete was a total transformation of our bathroom. This included turning the bathtub into a beautiful walk-in shower, a new vanity with much more room than the original, a new toilet, new mirror, stylish light, new towel racks, and a new floor. The work also included complete removal of very ugly 70s green wall tile and complete paint job including ceiling. All this in two days. The crew also provided shielding from dirt and dust. When the crew left you could not tell they had been here except for a beautiful new bathroom."

"Owner/operator John Rife is a top notch contractor who employs first rate employees to get the job done. In my basement, I had a concrete slab floor and two old, drafty windows that needed replacement. I wanted him to put down a nice Cali Bamboo floor and add new Anderson windows. When he came to give his initial estimate, we talked at length about what the job entailed. He answered my questions, however ridiculous, with a direct honesty that was refreshing. John gave me the price estimate that was fair: not as high as other contractors with whom I spoke but not as low as others either. What made him our pick was that I felt that based on our conversations, I could trust him to do the job on time and on budget. I am happy to say that not only was the job done on time, the price did not go up along the way. How often does that happen? In two days, John's employees, Chris and Edward, worked diligently to get the job done. They must have done more than a few jobs together because, except for the occasional work related banter, they hardly spoke. They would arrive at 8am and leave by 4pm and work for the entire time. If not for the intermittent sound of a power saw, I would scarcely have known they were down there at all. When on the second day their work was done, they packed up and left without me having thanked them for a job well done. If you are reading this Chris and Edward, you did great. Thanks! "I bought a deal from Walls Electrical in May 2014. It was $99 for $200 worth of electrical services. We could not figure out why our powder room lighting would not come on even after replacing bulbs, checking breakers, and resetting GFCIs. A Walls technician came out and figured out that the lights were controlled by a small transformer that was connected into an outlet in the adjoining closet. Somehow we had unplugged the transformer without realizing it. Problem solved. The technician then replaced the lighting fixture that my husband had taken apart while investigating the matter a few days prior. While he was replacing the fixture, I handed the technician a circular metal piece that belonged in the fixture. The technician adamantly said that the metal piece did not belong. I had my doubts, but I deferred to his judgement since he is the professional. Well, a day later, that fixture stopped working and when we investigated, we saw that the bulb had burned out the plastic part of the fixture, because the metal piece had not been replaced. 
I immediately called Walls to let them know what happened. At first, they were very prompt in responding to my complaint. I sent pictures, they said they were working on it. Then weeks passed and nothing happened. I called and was told that the person who was handling my account was having health issues and that someone else would get on it. Weeks passed again and nothing happened. I called and was told that my contact person wasn't with the company anymore and somehow I had fallen through the cracks. They were very apologetic. It wasn't until late Fall that a technician was sent out to rectify the situation. They had to replace all 3 lights in the powder room and the product they brought (the closest match they said they could find) and the way it was installed just didn't have the beautiful flush finish that my previous fixtures had. 
Needless to say, a very simple issue turned into a huge waste of my time and energy. I'm happy they finally rectified the situation, but it took way too long and the end product left a lot to be desired.

"I contacted Ferguson Home Improvements to come out and help me get my house ready for sale.  The owner was fabulous and had a very attention to detail approach to fixing the walls and nail pops in the ceilings.  They left the house in pristine condition and everything looked brand new, it made me think twice about wanting to sell the house now that it is in such perfect condition.  He also hung some ceiling fans to replace the old ones.  When I move into my new home I will have Ferguson Home Improvements back to help me with my new projects what ever they are.  They are by far the best home improvement company I have ever dealt with.

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."
