"Kevin was very nice and had his crew complete the huge tree and brush removal task in a very efficient manner. Will use him again for my landscaping!"

"For 3 years, I have had Freddy mow, remove leaves, do spring clean up, mulch. Recently, I had him regrade the lawn at my rental and install sod. I couldnâ t be happier! Freddy communicates well throughout the project and takes pride in his work."

"Blake did a stellar job at my place with tree removal/replacement, removing overgrown weeds/old mulch, and installing weed barrier/rock. He did a better job solo than I have experienced with hiring a company who sent out multiple guys (who not only did a *very* poor job, they were more interested in suggesting additional work that cost 4x more than the initial fix, which I ended up finishing myself-no thanks). I highly recommend Blake-he is honest, reasonably priced, and does a fantastic, thorough job. Additionally, if you are not sure of the best route to go, he goes above and beyond by listening to challenges, presenting effective solutions, and promptly responds/provides detailed follow-through w/clearly explaining all phases of the job. I finally found a contractor who takes pride in doing a good job, many thanks to Blake (aka Life Enhancer). :)"

"Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola.
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!

"We had a pile of dirt that needed to be removed. They charged us $200 above what we paid for the angies list service even though the amount of dirt was less than their cubic sq ft limit they had stated. Time was of the essence and we had no choice to pay the additional amount. Their price listed is not accurate."

"Great company to work with. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Serviceman arrived on time and completed the job quickly including cleaning up the mess removed from the gutters. I would definitely recommend this company."

"I am working with the provider to get a raised bed removed. Due to scheduling conflicts we haven't completed it yet. I will update once it's finished."
