"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. "After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. "Since the toilets were almost new, nothing had to be done to them. In the hour that was part of the deal, he opened two traps in my bathrooms looking for a missing ring. Nothing was in the traps. Tightened my shower head as I installed a new filter and could not get it on tight enough. He was punctual, wore booties and polite."

"I have hesitated to write this review because the company was supposed to send someone out to do a touchup the next time they were in my area, but they never came.  Since where the touch up is needed (a corner of the tub) isn't really noticeable to me, and as more and more time went by, I just let it go. This is the reason I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. Otherwise I would have given an A grade because the men who did the work were excellent.
My advice: Don't pay immediately after the job is finished but wait for a bill. That way if something needs to be fixed, the company will have an incentive to send someone out. Since I had already paid in full, there was no such incentive.
I was surprised at the size of the exhaust hose that is used while the tub finish is being applied. Because my bathroom is small, the hose had to go down the front hall and out the front door. Fortunately, the weather was not cold. The finish had to cure before the rest of the work could be completed. The smell wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.
I don't remember if it was the next day or two days later that the wall surround was put up over the existing tile, the ceiling lined, and a new drain and new fixtures installed. The installer was a different man from the one who had applied the glaze. He worked very hard, as it wasn't an easy job, due to some irregularities in the bathtub tile area. He also screwed in the grip bars that had to be removed before the wall lining could go up.
All in all I was satisfied with the work, although the caulking that was used gets moldy, and the mold is hard to remove. The wall surround and ceiling, however, do not attract mold, hallelujah.  I thought the price was right. I'm glad I had the work done.

"Roy came out and helped me. He checked everything and it turned out that the hose that connects to the handheld faucet was loose. He tightened it quickly and he was very professional. I appreciated that he didn't make me feel like an idiot. He earned my respect by not ridiculing me but educating me on the problem!  I give him an A+++++!"

"They did a fast job and everything went well with no breakage or damage. I scheduled the moved for first thing in the morning because I thought traffic and parking on State Circle would be better, but unfortunately, that was the time of day that all the trash and delivery trucks come by, so they had to interrupt the move 4 times to get back in the truck and drive it around the circle so other trucks could get by. Even with those interruptions, they finished on time and on budget. My apartment was down a narrow uneven brick alley, and they still were able to do the move in a fast efficient manner.

Steve Norfolk (owner) installed a new sump pump and backup battery in February 2013. We have not had a moment's trouble in three years. We recently had a power outage and things continued to work well. Since it was the first time we had to rely on the backup battery, I wasn't familiar with the change in pumping sounds, etc and worried that all was not well. I called, spoke with Mary and requested if they could come back out and check my system. Steve came out to the house, took a careful look at everything, explained (again) what to expect and what to look for in the future (i.e. - when the battery was showing signs of needing to be replaced.) He was extremely patient and thorough, and did not charge me for his time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are professional, thorough, patient and most importantly, stand behind their work and customers no matter the length of time.

"We have used Mr. Rorer's company for a few years and have been very satisfied with his work. In the past he has repaired our roof,replaced the gutter guards, installed drainage pipes around the exterior of our house and pressure-washed the house. Called him for an estimate on renovation of our powder room. He explained what labor was included in the price as well as the amount of time to complete the job. He arrived to start the job on time. He put on protective shoe covering when he entered our house and he proceeded directly to the powder room and immediately got to work. Installation of the items was completed in a reasonable time. Overall he was very conscientious, dependable and charged a reasonable price. We always trust him to give us the best service."
