They notified me and I told them to go ahead and repair them. They are one of the most outstanding companies I have ever had come out and do work on my house. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now."
