The entire job took about 4-5 days...which was seriously amazing considering the scale of the project. Henry, the owner, was quick to answer emails or other questions we had. Periodically we would watch the crew (basically because we were amazed at their skill). They were pleasant and professional. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their personal belongings and at the end of the project, cleanup was perfect. They did not interfere with our daily routines in any way. The cost of the project was very reasonable. We will hire them in the future to repair other sections of our stone wall. This project came after we had a bad experience with another contractor, so we were cautious. Much to our delight, this was a completely different experience. Weather was rough, but not much communication, lead guy giving me another guy to touch base with, and he acted like he was doing me a favor when it was all agreed upon prior. Still never came back for 2 items that they identified and claimed would be back to finish. No big deal, I don't expect much of people, but others should beware if that sort of thing bothers them.... Especially after spending. Over $40k with the recent projects with them. But I did enjoy the video from social media claiming how the important thing is that they get the job done, kept reiterated that whopper ?"
