"Our furnace motor was making a loud noise, and Chris Suttles came by and diagnosed the problem shortly after I called. He fixed the problem that afternoon, and the furnace is now quieter than it's ever been. I asked him to come by the next week and give the furnace a tune-up and clean the heating ducts. When Chris opened one of the supply ducts, he found the inside of the ducts had a sticky, oil-like coating. I decided to replace the ductwork, and he replaced all of the ductwork in 2 days. The air coming out of our vents is now cleaner, warmer, and stronger."

They came out on Monday at 6:30pm, gave us a free quote, and had the job done literally the next day before 4. We were pretty shocked at how quickly they got it done because of how bad of a condition it was in AND by how clean and professional looking it was when It was finished. Looked like a 3 day job instead of a few hours job, not even kidding. He gave me a quote and by the end of the job he added $22.00 more to the bill because he said my deck took more things than he needed. I had to get them back because they got stuff all over my house. They did come get it off but the progress of trying to get stuff out of them was hard. I felt they could have done a better job with the deck. They were a little sloppy and I don't think they covered it well."
