  Accent Fencing enclosed our back yard with a black chain-link fence that is sufficiently high and sturdy to prevent our dogs from getting around, under or over it. The fence includes two gated openings--one for an individual and one ten-foot wide gate opening for vehicles and lawn equipment. Barry showed up when he said he would and provided a cost estimate that was realistic and competitive. (He even stuck with the original Fall, 2015 estimate despite the fact that we delayed getting the work done over the winter and early spring.). He is busy at this time of year so it did take about three weeks before he could get started on the project but he and a very professional team of workers showed up on the day work was scheduled to start and completed the entire project in less than a day.   The owner of Accent Fence, Barry Sutherland, called me back promptly and set up an appointment to come see the fencing in place and go over vinyl options with my mother and I. He provided us with a written detailed estimate in a timely manner. Upon choosing Accent Fence for the job, we notified Barry Sutherland and he ordered the materials and set up an installation date. However, he soon found out that the fencing materials would not be available for a couple of weeks and we were promptly notified of this. A new date was set and carried out as planned. We have had Mr. Sutherland back for some tweeking in a couple of areas and he responded promptly and took care of the issues to our satisfaction. The fence is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier with it. We would definitely use Accent Fence again for future possible fencing needsshow more

  I received quite a few quotes for installing my 400+ linear feet fence, but people came off as either pushy salesman or outrages estimates, and then I reached out to Good Neighbor Fence and met Bob Stewart. Bob is a staright shooter which I respect on many levels. He took the time to measure, and double check his measurements of my property. He also gave sound advice on the placement of the fence around certain areas of my yard. When the crew showed up to work the hit the ground rolling, and tackled the yard with no problems, even though my yard has hills and some unbelievable hard bedrock areas. The crew was respectful and kept me informed the entire time. They also cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to put the extra dirt the removed around my flower beds and trees. And understand these are custom built fences, not the sections you can buy from a hardware store. You can't get better then this. Good Neighbor Fence is one of the best and demonstrates the highest of integrity. Bob Stewart met with me and answered all my questions about fence installation. Bob also made great suggestions. He returned all my texts, emails and phone calls within the day and, most times, within an hour. Vernon, Maurice and Marcus (the team that installed my fence) were always on time. Vernon is a master craftsman and all the crew gave great attention to detail. Each day the crew left, materials were neatly stacked and my property was left spotless.   We could not be more satisfied with the entire process of our fencing project. From the very beginning Bob Stewart showed up right on time (a Sunday morning mind you) to meet with us, look the property over and give us an estimate right on the spot. We still had other estimates to get but we felt sure that we would most likely give our business to Bob and Good Neighbor fence because of the professionalism, punctuality and thoroughness shown to us right from the start. A couple of other estimates came and a couple of other contractors never showed up, but none gave us the confidence our project would be handled to our expectations except for Good Neighbor Fence. The project was started a week earlier than we expected and when we arrived 15 minutes early to the job site Brent and Paul had already been there and were preparing to get to work. Brent and Paul were extremely polite and their professionalism and competence showed as they completed the job in just two days. They left the site clean and free of all debris and disposed of the dirt from the digging of the post holes. We have had many neighbors come by and comment on how impressed they are with the fence.   From the moment of my first contact, this company has been excellent in communication which happens to be very high on my list of priorities. Bob gave me a time he would meet me and he was there on time. He is prompt, friendly and personable. The pricing was reasonable and about what we expected to spend. The crew that installed was amazing. They were friendly, professional, skilled and also had great communication. They even went out of their way in helping with some brush that needed to be removed.   This company was vey good to work with. Bob was extremely nice, responsive and worked hard to resolve my concern that the job was not done by the contracted date. The company got backed up on jobs due to rain, so unfortunately, they were not able to meet our date for an event we were hosting. However, as I mentioned, Bob worked hard to ensure we were satisfied in every other aspect. The fence is beautiful, the installers were professional and nice.
