He replaced the old weathered wood planking with composite material and railing, and worked around some challenging deficiencies in the original underlying deck frame so we wouldn't have to completely replace the entire structure at much higher cost. Jeff worked around our schedule and kept us apprised of any questions or unexpected things that came up. We're totally happy with the end result, and it should last for many enjoyable years with almost no maintenance!"

The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible.
