The deck required several coats of stain because the 28 year old wood just kept soaking it up. Sergio wasn't satisfied until I was happy with the results. He kept asking me if it looked okay and I would say that I thought it needed another coat. Never did he complain or display an attitude, he just applied another coat of stain. The end result is a deck that looks absolutely perfect. By the way, the temperature was 95, felt like 107. The next day Sergio returned to paint my 8 sets of shutters. He removed the shutters, painted them, and reinstalled them. Another hot day, no complaints, no attitude. Completely professional. I might also add that both Oscar and Sergio speak English as well as they do Spanish so communication was never an issue. I would highly recommend King General Contracting and I would not hesitate to hire them again."
